3665 Barger Street. The Board heard a brief pre-application presetnation for a new 2,450 square foot commercial building on a .32 acre parcel that abuts the Funeral Home. The parcel is zoned for commercial use; the existing residential structure on the property will be demolished to make way for the new building. No future tenants were identified. The Board will make a site visit and will want clarification on the wetland and/or flood plain delineation.
