Jacob Road Solar.  (See Planning Board, May 18 2026) With a minor change to the wording of the approval resolution, the Board approved the site plan and related permits.

York Farms. (See Planning Board, March 23 and May 4, 2026) Based on his site visit, Chairman Fon advised the Board that the town could use more units like the four he saw during his visit. (Note: the units included 3 one bedroom and 1 studio unit.) The Board scheduled a June 29 hearing on the updated site plan. The applicant will need a variance from the ZBA because the additional four units exceeds to allowed floor area ratio. 

450 Hilltop Road. A preliminary submission that would combine  two abutting vacant lots, an extension of Hilltop Road and one fronting on Crompond Road  to create17 new  single family houses in a one acre zone.  Access would be from Hilltop Road. The houses would be sewered from a connection to an existing  house on Sultana Drive.   The layout is subject to review as the Board asked the applicant to consider using either the flexibility or conservation provisions in the Town Code that would result in less land disturbance and smaller lots, while keeping to the same density.

The plan replaces an earlier approved plan for 3 lots on Hilltop Drive that was never  built.

The Board will make a site visit.
