Underhill Farms. In a brief appearance, the applicant advised the Board that it would be making the following changes to the site plan approved in 2023.

  • Relocate two townhouse units back to the first building off Underhill Avenue. The approved plan moved the units into the condominium building.
  • Subdivide the parcel into two lots: One, to be owned by the developer, would include the two rental properties: the mixed use building and the Underhill House, The second lot, under the control of a homeowner’s association, would include the condominium building, the townhouses, pond and surrounding area.
  • Relocating some parking spaces without changing the number of spaces.

RIC Battery Storage. In brief comments, the Board noted it had visited the site and was waiting for wetlands and floodplain delineations. (Note: On Tuesday, November 19, the Town Board voted to have its outside environmental consultant delineate the wetlands; the applicant will reimburse the town for the expense.) 

401 East Main St. At the Public Informational Hearing, a local resident raised concerns about flooding in the area and wanted to know how the site’s stormwater would be handled. The applicant explained that stormwater runoff would be captured at two locations on the site and released slowly into the ground.

Par 3 Golf Course. The item was withdrawn from the agenda.
